While the Cumberland Minor Hockey Association (CMHA) would like to accept all players, available ice time forces us to limit registration. As in previous years the registration will be on a first come, first serve basis. To avoid disappointment, please register early through one of the following required methods:

Returning players to the CMHA are required to register on-line through the Hockey Canada Registry using this link: HOCKEY CANADA

As this is the requirement, forms ‘mailed in’ will NOT be accepted. Please consider that potential delays may ultimately cause added administrative fees and /or placement on the ‘waiting list’.

Payment can be made on-line via Master Card or Visa online, or by cheque or money order payable to the Cumberland Minor Hockey Association - CMHA. Do not send cash by mail.

PLEASE NOTE: We will not accept any post-dated cheques.

To qualify for reduced ‘early bird’ fees, full payment (including those mailed in) is required to be RECEIVED before August 1st. If you are mailing a cheque or money order, please include your on-line registration confirmation with your full payment.

You are required to pre-register by mail by completing the "Application Form - New Registrant" listed below. Please ensure full payment along with a copy of the birth certificate MUST accompany the registration form for first year players in the Association or transfers. If you have questions, please email our Registrar, Genny Billingsley at

Note that registration is the same for:

Cumberland Dukes - House League
Cumberland Junior Grads - Competitive
Eastern Ontario Wild AAA - Competitive

Step 2 - Player Eligibility

In order to register, the following conditions must be met:

  • Birth Certificate - If this is your first time registering with us, you'll need to submit a photocopy of your child's birth certificate to verify their age. Please include this in your registration envelope.
  • Declaration of Residency - If your child played in a different association last season and you are now registering with us for this season, you may need to fill in additional paperwork. Please contact our Registrar, Genny Billingsley via email at for further clarification.
