At this point of the season, the Cumberland Jr. Grads Hockey Clubwish to collect information from its membership with respect to various aspects of their respective teams.
The survey period will run from – February 9, 2016 to March 4, 2016.
Each parent is to complete one survey for each child they have playing in the Cumberland Jr. Grads Hockey Club and they can use the same link more than once after they click on DONE at the end of the survey. All they need to do is come back to this email and click on the link again to begin another survey. There is a portion of the survey to enter your name and contact information if you wish to have a member of the Cumberland Jr Grads Executive contact you about any of your responses or comments.
