The CMHA will not be preparing or distributing tax receipts this season based on the changes made by the federal government concerning the fitness tax credit. Click HERE for more details.

If you wish to obtain a copy of your invoice, follow the steps below:

• Click HERE to access our registration site

• Enter your email address and password (the same email address you would have used to register last season)

• Select the Order History tab at the top right hand side of the screen

• Navigate to the desired season, and click Open beside the player name (far right)

• Select Print Receipt

PLEASE NOTE:

• ​If the player was registered manually last season (i.e. new to hockey or to the CMHA),  please contact registrar@cumberlandminorhockey.ca for assistance

• Changes to username, password and contact information can be completed upon login by selecting My Account in the upper right side of the screen

• If you no longer have access to the email account used in previous seasons and require a password reset, please contact registrar@cumberlandminorhockey.ca
