AAA TRYOUTS: If your child will participate in U12-U13-U14-U15-U16-U18 AAA tryouts this season, only an initial, non-refundable fee of $25 is required. Should your child subsequently return to the CMHA, the remaining required fees will be applied and due. Note that players must be registered with their home association in order to participate in AAA tryouts.
U21 GOALIES: U21 teams can carry up to 2 goalies per team
Please note:
- Families with 3 registered players will receive a 15% discount on the total amount, while families with 4 or more players receive a 25% discount on the total amount. This discount can be applied when paying, or will be refunded to you after we confirm your family registration status.
- Player registration is complete when payment for the full amount, and the completed registration form are received by the District XII Registrar.
- Players will not be allowed on the ice unless they are registered.
