Parent and Members:

​Every year we try to survey our parents and members to find out about their experience with our Association for that season. We pose questions to rate parent/member satisfaction level regarding coach and managment staff, the communication between their convenors, executives and with the Association in general.

​DON'T WAIT!  We do want to hear from you if there a serious incident has occured and that needs our immediate attention.  
​For non urgent matters, try to resolve issues at the team level.  If issues go unresolved, please escalate to your convenor.  If the issue is still unresolved, it will be esclated to an executive council memeber and so on.  Below is a chart to explain the escalation process that we follow.
