To All Cumberland Parents and GuardiansThe
2013 Child Fitness Tax Receipt has been emailed directly to each registered member.
The email was sent based on the email addresses that were either used to create your Hockey Canada account, or that was on your registration form last year.
If you as parents/guardians have misplaced your receipt(s) there are two ways to receive a new one.
- If you registered for the 2013-2014 season using the Hockey Canada Registry, you can log into your account and either print off a receipt or have it emailed to you.

- If you mailed it in, you have to contact our district registrar directly.
- Emails are to be sent to genny-billingsley@cumberlandminorhockey.ca
- In the email include the first and last name of each child a receipt is required for, as well as their date of birth.
