Michel Séguin Award

Michel Séguin Award

This achievement award was created in memory of Michel “Mike” Séguin, who passed away suddenly on March 23rd 2014, leaving behind his loving wife, Danielle, and children, Louis (Kristine) and François.  At the time, Mike was a first responder firefighter, as well as a long standing volunteer with the Association.  After his passing, the CMHA Executives created this award, to be given annually, to one Cumberland Dukes* and one Cumberland Jr. Grads U18 player who have embodied “Dedication, Fair Play and Sportsmanship”, as Mike would have valued.
